On November 28, 2020, the 20th China’s Top 100 Listed Companies Summit Forum and the award Ceremony of China’s Top 100 Listed Companies 20 Years 2020, organized by the Organizing Committee of China’s Top 100 Listed Companies Forum and Wharton Economic Research Institute, was held in Beijing. The forum comprehensively reviewed and summarized the development achievements of China’s Top 100 Summit forum in the past 20 years, and honored the top 100 enterprises and entrepreneurs who have made outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of China’s economy and enterprises. C&D Inc. (600153) ranked 75th in the list of China’s top 100 Listed Companies in 2020 and was also awarded the “China’s Top 100 Enterprises with Special Contributions in the Past 20 Years”.
The list of China’s top 100 listed companies takes total profits as the benchmark index, ranking the top 500 companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen in turn. C&D Inc. ranked 75th on the list, with a total profit of 11.055 billion yuan (2019), and has been on the list for 12 consecutive years since 2009.
“China’s Top 100 Enterprises with Special Contributions in the Past 20 Years” is awarded to the listed companies that have been listed in the top 100 of China’s listed companies for more than 10 consecutive years, have actively fulfilled their social responsibilities, and have sustained and steady growth of performance. Only 20 listed companies have been awarded this award.
